The accreditation was formally awarded during a ceremony held on 24 September 2025 at the CSFWD Board Room, led by Dir. Dyna Marie D. Quimson, Director II, CSC Field Office-Pampanga. This recognition follows the agency’s successful assessment conducted on 20 May 2025, which confirmed CSFWD’s full compliance with the Level II Maturity Indicators in the areas of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) and Performance Management (PM). The evaluation likewise acknowledged CSFWD’s consistent adherence to civil service laws, policies, and standards, as well as the continued implementation of effective HR programs and maintenance of sound human resource practices.
With this accreditation, CSFWD is granted the authority to approve appointments subject to post-audit, eligibility for incentives and capacity-building opportunities, and other privileges conferred by the CSC. This achievement reflects the agency’s unwavering dedication to cultivating a culture of professionalism, integrity, and accountability, and to strengthening institutional systems that enhance the delivery of quality water services to the public.
