ENHANCING TECHNICAL SKILLS THROUGH IN-HOUSE TRAINING ON BASIC PLUMBING!

As part of its continuing efforts to strengthen employee competencies and promote skills development, the City of San Fernando Water District (CSFWD) conducted an In-House Training on Basic Plumbing on October 16, 2026, at the CSFWD Boardroom, 3rd Floor, CSFWD Main Office, B. Mendoza St., Brgy. Sto. Rosario, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) serving as the training facilitator.

The training provided employees with basic knowledge and practical skills in plumbing, including an understanding of plumbing systems, common plumbing concerns, and basic troubleshooting and repair techniques.

CSFWD extends its appreciation to TESDA for facilitating the training and sharing its expertise in developing the technical capabilities of our workforce.

Through initiatives like this, CSFWD continues to invest in employee development by equipping its personnel with relevant technical knowledge and practical skills that contribute to more efficient operations and improved public service delivery.

Committed to continuous learning, skills development, and better public service!
